Roadmap

Early milestones, stated plainly.

The project is still early. This roadmap exists to show current reality, direction, and boundaries without pretending the platform is more mature than it is.

Current phases

What is being built now, and what follows.

The immediate focus is no longer only public framing. Core subsystems already exist in partial form. The current job is to prove them, clarify their boundaries, and harden the platform for serious early adopters.

Phase 01

Implemented foundations

Memory, operator surfaces, Home Assistant-backed control patterns, and core architectural layers are already real enough to describe concretely. The work here is to keep documentation, public language, and proof aligned with reality.

Active

Phase 02

Memory, context, and operator proof

Advance semantic memory, context relevance, explainability, and proof surfaces so technical users can verify what the system knows, why it acted, and where the boundaries still are.

Active

Phase 03

Voice, mobile, and companion hardening

Move voice groundwork, mobile scaffolding, and operator-facing controls from partial subsystems toward a more coherent and supportable companion experience.

Planned

Phase 04

Early builder proof points

Ship focused examples, demos, and benchmark-style walkthroughs that show practical value for thoughtful homes and serious contributors.

Planned

Out of scope

Clear boundaries are part of the roadmap.

A serious early-stage project needs explicit non-goals so the direction stays coherent.

Replacing Home Assistant

Cloud-first dependency as the default model
